  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

    Orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses around the world (located at China, USA, Australia, Russia and Spain) depending on which warehouse is closest to you and holds the item you have purchased . 

    We process orders from Monday and Friday (we don't ship on weekends). Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED?

    Yes, we will update tracking information after the product is shipped. Tracking information will be emailed to you.

    It is normal when you first receive your shipment confirmation email the tracking link is shown as tracking "NOT FOUND", because it may take 3-5 days for the logistic company to update their record.

  • I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHERE'S MY ORDER?

    We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

  • WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

    The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Pounds Sterling, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

    Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives.

    Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

    WARNING!! Please note that failure to pay any custom charges/duties, where applicable may result in your goods being witheld by your local customs office. No refund will be due to you in that case.

  • MORE INFORMATION

    For other countries: The tracking will update once the product has arrived IN your country. So please allow at least 10 days to see the updates. 

    We DO NOT accept order cancellations for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT.

    We are not responsible for item(s) being misplaced/ stolen after delivered (e.g. after delivered mailbox). We will ensure the item is delivered to your address according to information provided by the logistic company. Customer will be liable for the shipping cost if the replacement item is needed.
